Lesson Schedule:

Lessons will be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Lesson schedule may be altered if needed by the student or teacher.

Payment:

Tuition is due by the 5th of each month. Payment can be made by check, cash, or Venmo (@eaweaver). There are no refunds for missed lessons; however, rescheduling is possible with advance notice. A grace period of 7 days is provided after the due date before late fees apply. 

Late Fees:

Monthly payments not received within the 7 day grace period will accrue a late fee of 10% and lessons will resume after payment has been made in full.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Changes to the schedule require 24-hours notice except in case of emergency. If rescheduled, you will receive a make-up lesson credit to use at your convenience. Missed lessons without proper notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Make-up Lessons:

Make-up lessons will be offered for cancellations made with proper notice. 

Materials:

Students are responsible for purchasing and bringing their music and required materials to each lesson. 

Behavior and Respect:

Respectful behavior is crucial for musical progress. Disruptive or disrespectful conduct may result in termination of lessons.

Practice:

Regular practice is crucial for musical progress. The student and teacher will discuss what is an appropriate amount of practice hours per week.

Familial Involvement:

Families are encouraged to support and engage in their child’s musical journey. Parent-teacher meetings can be scheduled upon request.

Studio Etiquette:

Arrive on time for lessons and keep noise to a minimum in waiting areas. Follow studio rules and guidelines.

Communication:

Open communication between students, families, and instructors is encouraged. The instructor will provide periodic progress reports. You can communicate via email, phone call, or text.
